 Complete Brain Workout is the collection of three Brain Workout PC Games: 1, 2 and 3. The kakuro is a game logic that is often perceived as an adaptation of digital crosswords. In Japan, this game is known as Kakkuro and it is very popular!
Also wanted to add that in Britain, The Guardian began publishing this game in September 2005. Since then, many other British newspapers daily publish a grid.

The bad side is, I dunno if I have the time to enjoy playing.. quite busy times these days..
Brain exercises are important, especially as you get older. My grandmother asks that I send her crossword puzzles. She’s 90, and she’s not about to play a video game. However, younger adults are more willing. Video games are a staple of our 21st century, and young and old use them.
I exercise my brain by reading, but I wish I had more time for this type of video game. Or, maybe I should say, I wish I made the time.
The five types of activities in the game: logical, numerical, memory, spatial and verbal are all you need for brain power.
I can’t decide what my opinion of these types of games is… I mean, on the one hand… it seems like a really great idea to play a game for a few minutes each day to stimulate my brain and make me smarter, but on the other… it’s a total crock, right? I mean… how can a game keep my mind sharp?
