Mortyr 2 PC Game

Friendware Technology published the second part of Mortyr, a PC game that we had an alternative future after World War 2.

The first part of Mortyr 2 PC Game passed without punishment or glory for the shops of our country. While not a bad game, was lost among the flood of dramatic titles (with a huge advertising campaign behind) that have elevated this genre, the FPS, the Olympus of the most acclaimed games and PC platform. Now comes Mortyr II, a continuation of that first part is ready to save the reputation of its predecessor, and initiate an all-out saga.

History

Defeating Recih is very close, thanks to pressure from the allied forces. The Nazi army had begun the withdrawal on several fronts, and their situation is desperate. The senior army Hitler planned a last desperate attack and they have assembled a group of scientists with the sole mission of creating a devastating weapon that tilted the balance of his side.

We infiltrated enemy territory, with the mission to abort the ruthless plans of the Reich. Soon discover that our own father has been kidnapped by the Nazi forces, and is being forced to work in the manufacture of a devastating weapon …

Playability

Mortyr II
immerses us in a world war with all the essentials and issues of gender. Unfortunately, it does not reach the height of the great of the genre, not even close to them. The lack of originality in the development of the missions is a huge burden, and offers nothing new that would enable it to succeed in comparison to other titles. Of course it is ridiculous to compare it with titles such as Half Life 2, but also asked him that. Just expected a minimum of effort and good work.

The difficulty in Mortyr II is quite high. Not that it’s impossible, but it is highly exasperating. The system is aimed fairly coarse, as well as management of the character, which is rough and slow. Some situations are funny, thanks to the composition of some scenarios, and the placement of our enemies, but it is rare to find any stage in tension that keeps us from beginning to end.

You can get to have fun, but if you’ve tried games like Medal Of Honor, you know a little.

Graphics

We did not expect a spectacular display in this section, but it Mortyr II, does not even receive approval. Although the soldiers have an acceptable number of polygons and fall with a physical is not really horrible, the remaining elements of the game are not at all the laws of Newton’s law.

The scenarios are fairly simple, although there are some passable, and the level design is saved in two or three phases, in which out of the routine that we tend to programmers in the early missions. Moreover, the few elements that adorn the stage, are of a mediocre bill, within the general line that offers all the game we will see endless horizons closed and wrapped in mist, a few striking effects of light and, ultimately, nothing so we can congratulate your programmers. All colors are too gray and without joy or strength, and this is the dominant note of the entire game.

Mortyr II does not have horrible graphics, but it will certainly not reach the minimum that is required to do a game that seeks to endure in our memory.

Sound

Although there are some effects, like footsteps on the snow and the branches that are well made (or at least be minimally credible), the overall tone is disappointing. There are incredible failures, how the lack of sound grenades to bounce against the cement, or as little credible accents of our contacts in Germany, but the voices meet its mission, in general.

Conclusion

Although I tried to give a minimum of Mortyr II stadium, the game has enormous flaws that do not allow it to reach the pass. It is true that there will be funny moments, and even exciting, but the FPS genre and many jewels that has become the history of electronic entertainment, and make an absolute shadow to create Mirage. If we ignore this large amount of bad situations resolved, we can play Mortyr II PC Game with a condescending smile on his face, and get some juice. Still, if you’ve tested gems like Call Of Duty or Half Life 2, this second part of you knows Mortyr little.

This is a game that falls halfway between the minimum required in our times, but provide a good time for players to other less demanding.

For a game from the same people who brought you such memorable stinkpots as Mortyr and the transcendentally lousy Sniper: Path of Vengeance, Mortyr 2 is actually a semi-competent piece of work.

This game likes like it was half-baked by a struggling development company. The redeeming quality of most FPS games is a solid multiplayer system and a good community. That’s what makes Halo from an average game to one of the greatest titles ever. Even wikipedia said that the game “unacceptably poor multiplayer options”, and they aren’t that harsh and tend to be neutral. That’s why I carry some really bad single player games on my thumb drive, because it fun to frag my friends in them. To their credit, this was in 2004 and games could limp by without a multiplayer part… on a console. That fact that this is a PC game with out a great multiplayer system is made of epic fail. I sure a strong modding community behind this game would have made this decent, the developers killed any chance of that happening. I’m sorry, it’s just it’s easy to cover up a half-baked game with a community (like runescape did), they could have at least done that.
