Tet Walls

One of the most popular games of all-time is Tet Walls 1Tetris which came out in 1985.  Since then their have been so many iterations of it on gaming consoles, cell phones, portable devices and PC’s.  It is one game that has stood the test of time and through a few generations.  Red Land Games has a cool version called Tet Walls with some unique twists.

Tet Walls uses 8 puzzle pieces, some standard and some different, and it isTet Walls 2 your goal to form as many rows of lines as possible before the board fills up and their is no place to play.  What I always liked about Tetris games is that their is no ending, which makes it very addictive in trying to beat your game each time you play and form more rows of lines than before.

Every 10 lines made will result in the advancement to the next level where Tet Walls 3the puzzle pieces will speed up and also quite unique a wacky large piece will drop making it more difficult.  Every so often a lightning bolt sparkler will appear allowing you to zap out many of the blocks on the board, giving you a fresh start if you can time it right.

Tet Walls has some relaxing background music which can be turned on andTet Walls 4 off, and a real voice announcer when you make a Tetris, which is 4 rows of  lines made with one puzzle piece.  I also like the ability to submit your score to the Internet and see where you rank amongst all the other players that have played.

Overall Tet Walls is a great rendition of Tetris and everyone familiar with the classic game will sure to love this one.  Red Land Games offers a trial version that lasts 60 minutes, so you can test the game and see if you like it before buying it.  The full version is only $9.99 and well worth it for the hours you will set in front of your computer playing this game.

I like how you explained the differences between the new Tet Walls to Tetris. I personally love the basic game of Tetris and I might see how Tet Walls go. Thanks for the update!

Yes, its an old one. but most of the people like this types of games. In the time of 3D and virtual games people like this types of classic games. actually m’ an Indian. But now I am in Australia, Sydney. But I wondered, Here the younger generation loves to play this types of games and Zudoku.

I think this and Marrio are the most popular games in the past. still it continuing. :D

I, Jeny Jose wish all the success to Your Web. ( http://ereferer.blogspot.com )

One of my favourite games. When I am in a bus or just sitting and waiting for something, this is the game I play on my mobile phone. It will be great if this game is available on mobile too! But still I will definitely try it on my pc now.

Indeed, I remembered we called it like “brick game” some time ago when I was 4 years old.. That was 1988.. Now this game is still being played by many and it is quite an achievement to those who made this game to make it last this long. Mind you I still play this from time to time, but just for 3-5 minutes just to relax the brain from work…

I like the lightning bolt in this game. It makes the game less predictable then the original version.

The puzzle piece that looks like a “C” must be a pain to use.

With a 60 day trial version and a cost of only $9.99, you can’t lose with Tet Walls. This is another example of improving on the original - and it works. I like the fact that you have greater control over the sound and that that there are interesting features to enjoy. For example, submitting your score on the Internet is a nice addition. Those that are familiar with the original game will love this new version. However, I think new video gamers will find this game to be perfect as well. It would make a nice addition to a video library.

Okay, straight up… no game has ever touched the playability of tetris… no matter how many versions, variations, and all that other stuff I see… Tetris is still the game of kings. It is the ultimate puzzle game and I would try any version just to see the coolness of my little lines disappearing… it’s worth a download to check it out!
