Without too much fuss arm but with a sufficient level of appeal as to keep a large number of users after the project, The Cursed Crusade has finally been released in our territory, albeit with a much worse result than expected. Set between the Third and the Fourth Crusade in the late twelfth century, The Cursed Crusade embody the young gentleman Denz Bayle , who will be accompanied by the stereotypical bully Spanish Esteban November -characters controlled by a second player thanks to co-, in particular crusade to the Holy Land in search of redemption and cure for the curse that plagues them both, and also seems to follow soon discover a host of characters who will be appearing and disappearing on our way without much emotion. If we start from this basis, the result is beginning to point very badly, but is playable we are also talking to a very discreet title. Overall not too far away from other exponents of the genre with his combos, the ability to use various types of weapons, or special moves like blocking and breaking the defense of the opponents with pushing and others, etc.., But the result is not even remotely, polished enough to be considered just as good. And here we find the biggest problem in the delay that occurs when executing an action, because the time between pressing the coup and its implementation seems to us eternal, which ultimately affects the difficulty to execute the various combos you can go to learn. Something we will normally use the same type of movement, since even in the higher difficulty levels will challenge us to beat the enemy artificial intelligence due to the poor showing.

Added as they wear out weapons to use, forcing us to constantly change the team with the enemy killed, are also wasted by poor execution of the idea, mainly because they break down too often sold with a handle leaving the hand with no option to pick up other weapons along the way. Similarly, the differences between using a weapon and shield, two-handed weapons or other weapons in each hand are not so remarkable as it should, just as the use of the crossbow and bow is totally wasted, limited to very sporadic use fail to take full advantage of these weapons. One thing that hampers definitely a gaming experience that could have been much better if we consider the full skill tree with which we have and by which we can award points for improvement of the character attributes (strength, power, use of curse, etc..) and their skills with different types of weapons (with the option to learn new combos).

But in this case, as with the special abilities granted by the curse of both protagonists, are totally wasted. It is a shame because the idea was really good. Not surprisingly, we are allowed to get into hell to gain more speed, strength and resistance to change our spirit and sacrifice of the vital energy (we can not be permanently in this state), winning the chance of finding secret areas or to find hidden objects such as crosses and Souls (must be purified, if we want). Details that fail to break the feeling of extreme monotony that holds this title which, moreover, has a number of technical errors which further worsen the outcome.
